How it works

When you send in your tail to us we want to honor the bond and stories it carries with it. When you place an order with us, we ask you to contact us for information on how to package your order safely for it to arrive to us secure and safely. You send your item in an envelope with the hair strand in preferably a zip bag and address the mail to us. When your hair strand arrives we make sure to inform you that everything has gotten to us safely and that depending on your choices we either wash the tail or keep it as is.

Afterwards we start working on braiding and putting your bracelet together which is a process that will take a few days for everything to be secure, beautiful and ensure high quality. When the bracelet is finished we pack everything, including the excess hair we didn’t need, and send it back to you. When the package arrives at your place we hope it will bring you just as much joy as it did us when you entrusted us to tell your story and keep it moving, forever.
